In this tutorial, you will learn how to reset the password for existing Zephr admin users.
To do this, navigate to the login page of your Zephr Admin Console.
Below the Login button, you’ll see a message saying, ‘Forgotten your password? Click here to reset it”. Click the link and you’ll be navigated to a page asking you to enter your email address.
Type your email address, then click Reset. This will trigger an email from Zephr, which will include a Password Rest link. Click this link, then create a new password.
Note that if you are using both a Staging and a Production Environment, your accounts for each will be separate, so if you’re using the same password, you will need to reset this twice. We recommend using different passwords for each account.
